Email Marketing Testimonial ( Deans PLc )
We started using the e-marketing module from WDY UK Ltd 3 years ago. Prior to this we were unable to measure the effectiveness of any of our e-mail campaigns and had difficulty producing an e-mail that looked professional and reproduced the same on the various e-mail browsers. Indeed it would take days to design the mailer.
However using the e-marketing module I can use any of the provided templates, design the mailer , import the list of contacts into the system and the mailer can be on its way within the same day. If I want a new template the team at WDY can produce a new one for me very speedily.
Being able to measure the number of opens and click throughs has been fantastic as well as being able to record the number of “bounced” e-mails. These can be checked and rectified and the e-mail can be resent. With these results I am able to compare and measure the effectiveness of every campaign very easily. Another useful facilioty is being able to design and send surveys from the system.
If I do have any “operator” errors the team deal with them swiftly.
